No action taken at this time. Supervisor Dates advised. the Board that the Agreement between the Town of Lansing Highway Association and the Tom of Lansing had been accepted and signed by both parties. ' Supervisor presented bis monthly report and explained same in detail. AUDIT RESOLUTION by Mr. Howell and seconded by Mr. Spry: RESOLVED that General Fund bills #87 thru #J16 totalling $8,342.65 and Highway Fund bills #122 thru #149 totalling $25,739.04 be and the same are hereby approved for payment. Carried Meeting adjourned 11:15 P.M. June 5, 1968 The Lansing Town Board and the Lansing Planning Board met at 8.P.M. at the Town Hall with.Thomas Niederkorn of Egner & Niederkorn Associates, Inc. Those present were Floyd Ferris, Charles Howell, James Kidney, Harris Dates, Robert Williamson, Jane Bush, Paul Barron, Bernard Ruzicka, Viola Miller, James•Showacre, Alex Cima, Frederick Edmondson and Thomas Niederkorn. The technical basis for subdivision rules and regulations for the Town of Lansing, prepared by Egner & Niederkorn, were reviewed.and discussed in detail. Thursday, June 6, 1968 and will then be t publicly opened and read. The work consists of the construction of a metal or masonry building of approximately '.20,000 square feet in floor area containing i facilities for equipment storage and repair and an attached wing of approximately 1,500 square feet of brick and hollow masonry cavity wall construction containing an office, lavatories, locker room and utilities' room. The work also includes the construction of a .sand filter type sewage disposal system. Miller, Consulting Engineer, 203 ' North Aurora Street, Ithaca, New York. Copies of the said Contract Documents may be obtained from the Town- Clerk at the'. Lansing Town Hall, Route 34, Auburn Road, South Lansing, New York, upon payment of Twenty Dollars, ($20.00) for each set. The full amount of the payment will be returned to all prime bidders if said Contract, Documents are returned to the Town Clerk's' Office in good condition within fifteen (15)% days after the award of the Contract. Highway Department Garage for the Town of Lansing, All three alternates for the general construction was discussed in detail, after which time the following resolution awarding the bids was offered: WEIEREAS, the Clerk of the Town of Lansing has advertise3 for bids for the construction of a Highway Department garage for the Town of Lansing; and i%!uEREAS, the lowest responsible bidder for the general construction work (Alternate Building A -2 -Rigid Frame Metal Building), was Nezelek Construction Corporation of 260 Harry L,, Drive, Johnson City, New York, with a bid in the amount of $128,812;00; and WHEREAS, the lowest, responsible bidder for the plumbing contract (Alternate Building A -2). was Donahue - Halverson, Inc. of It-haca., New York, with a bid of $11,491,00; and • 1*,!HEREAS, the lowest responsible bidder for heating and ventilating (Alternate Building A -2) was Wilson Heating and Plumbing of Ithaca, New York, � with a bid in the amount of $8,468.00; and WHEREAS, the lowest, responsible bidder for electrical work (Alternate Building A -2) was Superior Electric Construction_ Co. Inc., of Ithaca., New York, with a bid in the amount of $12,708,00, NOVI THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, on motion made by Charles Howell, seconded by James Kidney, that the aforementioned bids be and the same hereby are accepted, and the Supervisor be and he hereby is authorized and directed to execute contracts with the aforementioned low bidders on behalf of the town.
