A' meeting was scheduled for April 19th at 7:30 P.M. at which time the Lansing Planning Board and the Town Board will discuss proposed subdivision regulations and any other business that may need to be acted upon. Ferris and secondedeby Mr. Kidney: RESOLVED that General Fund bills §56 thru #86 totalling $11,042.66 and Highway Fund bills #03 thru #121totalling $11,260,80 be and the same are.hereby approved for payment. MOTION by Mr. Kidney and seconded by Mr. Spry that the minutes of the April 10th meeting as submitted by the Town Clerk be approved, Carried. Mr. Flinn was introduced and he explained the communication problems r of the remote control unit which he has just installed at the Town Hall. A new system will be installed for trial, Mr. Talandis was introduced and presented to the Board for inspection, plans for 162 more apartments to be added to Lansing Apartments West, Mr. Talandis also described in detail, future plans for his development of the Votopka property with a potential of 850.units. Said plans consist of town houses and high-rise buildings. Mr. Spry offered the following resolution and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, by deed from Gibbs et al to the Town of Lansing certain easements for water mains were granted to the Town, and WHEPEAS, the actual location of Said main differs from the description contained in said easement, and WHEREAS, Gibbs has agreed to give the town an easement of correction so that it covers the actual location of the main, and (continued) v 1
