Copies of said Contract Documents may be obtained from the Town Clerk at the Lansing Town Hall, Route 34, Auburn Road, South LdA', ing, New York, upon payment of TtvenG Dollars ($20.00) for each set. The Al amount of the payment will be returned^`'to all prime bidders if said Contract D'ocu• -I ments are returned to the Town Clerkds Office in good condition within fifteen (15) days after the award of the Contract. MOTION by Mr. Spry and seconded by Mr. Kidney that the minutes of the March 15th meeting as submitted by the Town Clerk be approved. Carried Milton Case, Representative for the Town of Lansing Highilay Association, discussed with the Town Board., a. for contract for the year 1968, Upon conclusion of the discussion, Mr. Kidney offered. the following resolution and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, the Town Board and the Town of Lansing Highway Association, the bargaining went for said. town employees, have reached an agreement after bargaining for a contract for the calendar year 1968, and WHEREAS, the terms of said agreement are to be as follows: 1. Each full -time permanent employee of the I.:ansing Highway Department shall receive a 20¢ per hour increase across - the - board effective January 1, 1968. (continued)
