for general discussion,
Mr. Tobey and Mr. Ettinger were both of the opinion that the dump
should be fenced w.th a gate and ha,%.e a full time attendant when the
dump is open.
All persons desiring to be heard, having been heard, the Hearing
on the proposed Town Dump Ordinance was terminated at 9:30 P.M.

On November 1, 1967 at 10:00 A.M. at the Lansing Town Hall,
Highway Superintendent and Jane Bush, Town Clerk, opened bids for
a used Bulldozer and one new Pick -up Cab and Chassis, as advertised
in the Ithaca Journal. •
