of Lansing
for the acquisition
of an existing
water supply and, d.istributlon
system within the
newly established
Water
District

Proof of Notice having been furnished., Mr. Dean called. the
Public Hearing to ord.er at 9:30 A.M.
Mr. Dean stated. that no objections had. been filed. with the
Water Resources Commission,
Atty. Williamson explained all legal proced.ures executed. to'.
date and. verified. all exhibits through testimony.
Supervisor Dates verified all d.ocuments were -true through
testimony.
Oliver Hold.en spoke in favor of the formation of the District.
Thomas G. Miller, Engineer d.iscussed. reports previously mad.e
by him and. testified. all engineering -exhibits mad.e by him were
true.
George Guest, representing the Tompkins County Health Dept*
spoke on their behalf.
Mr. Dean stated. the d.ecision on the application would. be mad.e
on September 7th.
All persons desiring to be heard., having been heard., the
Hearing was terminated. at 11 A.M.
