Water Superintendent James Howell spoke about the water problems. He is
concerned and investigating solutions to solve the problem of the beach washing
away from the well-at Esty Point. If this situation is not corrected the pumping
station will also create a hazard,
MOTION made by Mr. Kidney and seconded by Mr. Spry that Water Superintendent
Howell be authorized and directed to draw up specifications and advertise for
bids for the purchase of a truck to be used for Lansing Water Districts. Said
bids to be opened at the regular May Town Board. Meeting.
Carried
Supervisor Dates informed the Board of an outstanding bill of 19400.00
from the'Village of Cayuga Heights for the transfer of city water to the
Triphammer Shopping Plaza. This bill should and will be collected from the
Triphammer Development Co. Inc.
Supervisor Dates presented him monthly report and explained in detail.
Filed same with Town Clerk.
AUDIT RESOLUTION by Mr. Kidney and seconded by Mr. Spry:
RESOLVED that General Fund bills #59 thro # 83 totalling $8,442.28
and Highway Fund bills #85 thro #122 totalling $12,101.29 be and th'e same
are hereby approved for payment.

On April 13, 1967 at 2 P.M. at the Lansing Town Hall, Supervisor Dates
and Thomas G. Miller, Engineer, publicly opened bids for Water District #1,
Contract #3. Said contract consisted of the construction of a pumping station,
connecting mains and other miscellaneous work.
