MOTION BY Mr. Spry and seconded by Mr. Kidney:
WHEREAS, the clerk has duly advertised for bids for the food concession at
the Lansing Town Park, and
WHEREAS, Fred L. Christopher was the only bid submitted, now therefore be it
RESOLVED that the bid of Fred L. Christopher in the amount of $50.00 be
accepted after contract is executed.

MOTION by Mr. Kidney: That the State be contacted for their recommendation
as to what type of traffic signal would be most beneficial at the interesection
of Buck Road, Brickyard Road and Route 34B.
Mr. Howell seconded.

Mr. Robert Gibbs asked the board the procedure of establishing a traffic
speed zone on Brook Way and Brook Drive. Mr. Gibbs instructed to bring in a
petition requesting same.
The Supervisor presented his monthly report and explained same in detail.
AUDIT RESOLUTION by Mr. Ferris and seconded by Mr. Spry:
RESOLVED that General Fund bills #18 thro # 45 totalling $ 349194.35
and Highway Fund bills #21 thro # 55 totalling $ 31.720.17 be and the same are
hereby approved for payment.
The Supervisor presented'th6 1963_64 -65 report of examination of the town
which was recently.audited by the State Dept. of Audit & Control.
Highway Superintendent Sharpsteen reported that the proposed plans for
a Town Highway Barn were near completion,

On February 23, 1967 at 10:00 A.M. at the Lansing Town Hall, Highway
Superintendent Sharpsteen and Jane Bush, Town Clerk, opened bids for pipe
as advertised in the Ithaca Journal.
Bids received as follows:
Lane Pipe Corporation, Bath, New York 111 . . . . 9$69639.72
Chemung Supply Corp., Elmira, New York. . 69626900
Mr. Sharpsteen advised bidders that their bids would be studied and
presented to the Town Board. 4
