The Supervisor opened the meeting having the Clerk take the Roll Call. MOTION was made by Mr. Spry and seconded by Mr. Ferris that the minutes as submitted by the Town Clerk be approved. Carried Mr. Dates brought the Board up -to -date on the progress of the Tompkins County Sewer Agency. Public Hearings on said Agency,will start in April at which time boundaries will be established, cost toe individuals etc. will be discussed. Mr. Dates stated that Mr.Kemble and Mr. Buckley have been appointed as representatives to serve on the Steering Committee for the Tompkins County Economic Opportunity Act. A discussion was held on a future site fo'r a proposed Town Highway Maintenance Building. Mr. Dates app ointed Mr. Kidney and. Mr. I-Iowell to work with the Highway Superintendent to investigate suitable locations. Atty. Williamson advised the Board that Atty's. Adams, LoPinto and himself are in the process of drawing up a contract, to meet the satisfaction of all concerned, for the Town of Lansing to negotiate with the Lansing Water Works Corp. to purchase their water facilities.
