ROLL CALL

Supervisor Dates asked Atty. Williamson to explain in detail the map and
plans relating to the establishment of Lansing Sewer Dist. #1. An open
discussion followed at which time Mr. Schull informed the Board that the reason
Howard Johnson's Motor Inn Complex was not included in this Sewer District
was that they did not wish to commit themselves to the financial obligation at
this time and also when they purchased the site for their construction, it was
stipulated by the seller that they would be provided with sewerage disposal.
Mr. Liguori spoke in behalf of the Tompkins Co. Health Dept. and stated
that they appreciated Mr. Shulls position but could all concerned afford the
delay in not completing all the mechanics at this time? He urged Mr. Shull
to carefully reconsider his position in order to avoid a crisis which may be
unpleasant for all concerned.. Mr. Shull's final decision was to have the
Howard Johnson's Motor Inn Complex be included as part of the proposed Dist. #1
and share the cost of same.
It was the decision of the Board to modify the order of Lansing Sewer
Dist. #1, to include Howard Johnson'.s Motor Inn Complex.
