The Lansing Town Board met in adjourned session from March 18,.63 , at So.
Lansing Town Hall , 8:00 P. M. with Supervisor Dates presid.eing.

Supervisor opened the meeting haveing Clerk take the roll , Clerk reported
all present
Clerk advised the Board Hy. erupt. had advertised for bid as authoeuzed at the Mch.
18th meeting , for equipment to be used on the Bull Dozer , abd bids to be opened
publicly Mch. 25, .8:00 P. M.
`The Jupervisor asked for the opening of the bids.
Clerk advised that only one bid was received for a rake front and a ripper to
be installed on the Bull Dozer .
1 - Bid. from Mac Murray Tractor Inc., Binghampton, N. Y.
Bid as follows.
1- new Rockland Model RF3 rake front with brackets to attach to Allis - Chalmers
model HD16 tractor.
Total price delivered to South Lansing, N.' Y.
$2,000.00
1- new Allis - Chalmers model TR16 ripper according to the inclosed
specifications and including diverter v -)lve and piping kit necessary
to mount unit on HD16 tractor. We will also supply a service man to
assist with mounting.
Total price delivered to So. Lansing, N. Y., $4,8 28.00
Discussion:
Resolution by Air. Spry seconded by Mr. Howells
That the bid presented by Mac Murray Tractor Inc. Binghampton N. Y.
for 1 new model RF3 rake front and equipment at a cost of $20000000
and 1- New model TR16 ripper front and equipment at a cost of
$4,828.00
all as specifications be acceoted and the Highway Supt. is'authorized to
enter into a pur;hase agreement
Carried all voted Aye.
The §u.pervisor reminded the Board that some r-action should be taken on the
request. of Mr. Schoenfeldt regarding board action Oct. 1, 1955 approveir_g the
building of rya road into a development planned by him in the South end of the
Town Mr. 'choenfeldt attending the Feb. 18th Board meeting to learn if this
was to be done as he was now ready to develop this land.

Resolution by Mr. Howell seconded by Mr. Ferris.
Whereas Mr. Schoenfeldt appeared before the Unning Town Board on Oct. 1, 1955
and requested a*road be built in his development in the South end of the Town
of Lansing and

Whereasecon Feb. 18, 1963 Mr. 5choenfeldt and Atty. Hamilton appeared before
the Board stateing he was contemplating further development of this area now
therefore be it
Resolved , that a road approximately 1,000 feet in length be constructed
when the following terms are met by Mr. Schoenfeldt Deed of'property complete
survey engineering as to drainage and necessary culverts be furnished with rough
grade in accordance with resolution passed by the Board Oct. 1, 1955 .
Carried all voted Aye.
The highway superintendent mentioned if he had a used dump
with one of the Brockway trucks as a•tractor it would do as much
2 trucks , this would help during the summer in constructing the
hauls would be long . He knew where there was on for sale this
the price about $2,600. or less.

That the Highway Supt. be authorized to advertise for bids on a used dump trailer.
He would furnish specifications and bid to be publicly opened Mon. April 22, 63

Carried all voted Aye.
Discussion on Park:
The Supervisor asked fbr the opinions of the Board on what and how much they
wished to be done at the Park this year. •
Frank Ligouri was to be in attendance but called Supervisor stateing he was
unable to attend to night .
He did advise that the Town have signs posted stateing that ' Swimming permitted
only when Life Gmard is on duty '.
The question of a bath house'was brought up this deemed necessary to comply
with the health department rules
Councilman Howell presented plans for a bath.house.which - would also house a
concessation that.could be leased out . These plans were discussed'at length
and as no cost estimate was available Mr. Howell was to get estimates and present
at the next Board meeting for discussion .
Mr. Howell also stated he would like to see an area finished with top soil
and seeded so that there would be some grass growing
Highway Jupt. advised that he would be able to get some more fill as Beesemer
was stripping at Cayuga Crushed stone and this could be had for the drawing of it.
This was net good for seeding on and they would have to locate some top soil
from some other source this to be brought up at next meeting. .
Clerk presented records disposition list requesting disposition of certain records.

RESOLVED, By the Lansing Town Board that Uoseph McGill be, and hereby is-
