The Lansing Town Board met in adj ourned session from Dec. 10, 62 , 8:00 P. M.
at the South Lansing Town hall to discuss salaries and wages for the Highway
personell and any other business that need be acted upon. Supervisro Dates presideing

The supervisor opened the meeting for discussion of wages and salaries to be
paid the highway personell for 1963.
Discussion:
The Supervisor and Highway Supt. presented
and earnings of highway employees to present day
was presented for comparison.

After a lengthir,discussion the following action was taken .
Resolution by Mr. Ferris seconded by Mr. Spry:
That the personell policy of highway personell for 1963 be 6 paid Hallidays per
year , 12 days per year sick leave ,.with a Doctors certificate furnished at the
request_of the Highway Superintendent with a work week. of 45 hours excepting
in case of emergency then at the discression of the Hy. Supt..
Part time and emergency help rate $1.85 per hr., full time help a minimum rate of
$2.00 per hr. and a maximum rate of $2.50 per hr. Also two weeks vacation
.as personell policy approved 10/ 19530
Carried all voted Aye.
The '' upervisor advised the Justices to contact C Mr. Maxfield C. P. A.
with their accounts for 1962 to be audited by him as well as the Supervisors
accounts. Results of audit to be presented to Board in Jan.
