WHEREAS, 'a written petition, dated t June 29, 1962. in due form and contain - i ing the required signatures has been pre- sented to and filed with the Town Board of the Town of Lansing, Tompkins Coun- ty, New York for We establishment of a I Sewer District in the said Town, to be bounded and described in accordance with the description of land contained in Schedule "A ", annexed hereto and made a part hereof. Present Dep. Clerk Present the South hearing on in the The Supervisor opened the meeting with the reading of the - legal notice of the hearing. Visitors: Attorney Manley Thaler, Attorney Armand Adams, Frank Ligouri Attorney Thaler representing the Lansing Sewerage District explained to the Board the legal aspects and boundry lines the district covers. Frank Ligouri of the Tompkins County Health Department Engineers explained the technical operations of the system. Motion by James E. Kidney and Seconded by Floyd Ferris: That in the Matter of the application for the establishment of a sewer district in the Town of Lansing, County of Tompkins, New York, as set forth in the attached order establishing the district be approved. Carried. After questions and discussion by the Board, there being no one to appear in opposition, meeting adjouned by Supervisor Dates. Adjourned 8:30 PM;
