The Lansing Town Board met in adjourned session from the Feb. 12th meeting
to publicly open bids on office furniture as advertised and any other business
thet may need be acted upon. Meeting held at So. Lansing Town Hall with Supervisor
Dates presideing. Time'of meeting 8:00 P. ?1.

Supervisor Dates opened the meeting haveing clerk call roll and read minutes
from the Feb. 12th meeting.
Clerk read minutes of Feb. 12th meeting no corrections approved .
Visitors: Richard Smallwood, Gerald Stockton, and James Bennett.
Supervisor requested the Clerk to read the bid add as advertised for furniture
to be put in the Town Hall
Clerk read bid add and at 8:30 as advertised advised the Board that he had received
bids from 3 concerns selling office equipment .

Bids were reviewed as to specifications, All Steel Equipment Inc., R. C. Shipway
was Low Bid . The Board were in accord that there should be time taken to further
study the Bids , no award was to be made until further study has been made
Sapervisor.said he:would call a meeting to met and discuss the bid with All steel
Equipments Salesman Mr. Shipway , at a later date. At that time it would
be decided on accepting and award.in; the bid

The zupervisor introduced Richard Mac Dowell engineer Ithaca , N. Y.
Stateing that Mr. Mac owell had been invited to the meeting to explain about
makeing maps of the Park at Myers, N. Y.
Mr. Mac Dowell showed maps of other areas he had surveyed and mapped showing
the topagraphy of the land , adviseing that in laying out the Park it should be
mapped in this way in order to know where to drain any surface run off and any
buildings that needed drainage also to know what trees to cut out and. to save.
DiscBssion:
The Board asked a number of questiocs and Supervisor advised that in order to
do this a resolution was needed .
Resolution by Mr. Howell seconded by Mr. Spry:
That Richard Mac Dowell engineer be engaged to make topagraphical maps of the
'' Rark at Myers,
Carried all voted Aye,
