The Supervisor called the meeting to prder by declaring the time being
10:00 �: M. and as this wa the time advertised to publicly open bids on tI^e
purchase of 1 - 2 Ton pickup truck for the Hy. Dept. as advertised
The lerk advised that there were 2 bids received
Clerk opened the Bids.
No 1- ' Cayuga Motors
1- 2 Ton Ford Pickup as per specifications With Trade $1,896.71
1- 2 Ton Ford Pick Up as per specifications without trade $1,996.71

1- 1962 Cheverolet truck Model C1434 (2 Ton Pickup) as per

The Supervisor asked that the minutes of the meetings of Dec. 4, Dec. 30,
adjourned meetingsfrom Dec. 30, held Jan. 6 and Jan. 13, 62
Clerk read minutes ao the above meetings and no corrections approved.
The Supervisor advised the Board that the Equipment and .furniture for the Town
hall would have to be put up to bid and it should be discussed at thismeeting.
Discussion:
Motion by Mr. Ferris seconded. by Mr. Howell:
That -the Town Clerk be authorized to prepare specifications and advertise for bids on
equipment'and furniture for the Town hall, Bids to be publicly opened Feb. 19,
1962 8 :30 P. M. at So. Lansing Town Hall
Carried all voted Aye.
