additional lands for Town nark at Myers and any other business that may be

Discussion:
Atty. Williamson read the Law on the acquireing of lands for a Town Park also
checking the acceptance of Sept. f the land now owned by the n , deeded the Town. resolution
by the International Salt o as of 6, 1958 his g accepted
subject to a permissive referendum This was found in order and the Town could
under Section 220 of the Town Law purchase additional lands for use as a town Park.
Resolved. by Mr. Howell seconded by Mr. Spry$
Resolution:
Whweras , the Town Board has heretofore established a Public Park in the sown
of Lansing by resolution passed Sept. 6, 1058, and
Whereas the said Town Board in furthering the development of said Park is
desireous of acquireing lands adjacent to said Park area from Albert L. Johnson ,
of Puerto Rico;
Resolved that the Board authorizes and directs Harris Be Dates, Supervisor
