M. to name a committee of seven members to study the need of the Town of Lansing for a Planning Board and any other business that may be btought brfore it `' upervisor Dates presiding Roll Call Harris, B. The Supervisor opened the meeting stateing the first order of business to be the selecting a Committee to study the need of the Town of Lansing for a planning board . Each member to present three names and one to be selected from each members list and the remaining two to be selected from those names presented and not chosen at balloting. Carried all voted Aye. i 287:: March'11, cont'd The Supervisor advised the Board that a part of the Board and himself attended a meeting of the Lansing Central School Board and the matter of the bill of a "part of costs of the tax c.-se with the Watchtower and Bible tract Jociety was discussed . Adviseing the Clerk not to bill the District as the Board were:going to put this up to the annual meeting in July for the voters to decide. Also the subject of the disposition of the South ansing School property. The hoard advised the Supervisor that a 'law had been passed that after a District had been centralized for 5 years or more then the property could be disposed of without a vote of the original district This proposition would be also brought up at the annual school district election. 9 Adjourned 11:15 A.
