that the meeting was a regular meeting along with a public hearing on the establishment
of a sewer district. Supervisor adjourned the reguaar meeting until later in
the 1§venirig and opened the meeting for the public hearing.
The Supervisor called on _Armand Adams Atty, for Ambo - I Inc. petitioner for
the establishment of the sewer district to explain the request for the district
and the hearing.
Atty. Adams explained that the approval of the State Health Department had
not been received from Albany , although it had been verbly approved and written
approval was necessary before definate action could. be taken . He also explained
that petitioner had. received further information from the State Health Department
and County Health Department that while they would approve the Sewer District
Corp. it was not necessary to form a. District under the Transportation Corporation
Law for serveing their Lansing Appartments Development as the hearing was called
for and it is Ambo= I Inc. intention of buildina and maintaining th- proposed
system to serve their development until such time serveing a larger area it would
be necessary to expand the system at that time advantage of the Transportation
Corp. Law would be taken .
