Clerk Pres. the Peace Pres, The Supervisor opened the meeting n for regular business preparation. Clerk presented bills for discussion and audit. Pres. Pres. Pres. Pres. +ht,v firstO) ithe budget Motion by Mr. Kidney seconded by MlrHowell That the bills numbered from 129 thru 142 as listed in the record of Town accounts be paid as audited . carried all voted `eye, The 'upervisor presented his monthly report explaining same in detail and filed it with the Town `'lerk. The Supervisor explained. the State of New York Insurance Board Plan for participation in the,�tate Employees Health Insurance Plan which incluide's coverage under Blue Cross and Blue Shield with major megicalthe cost to the employee being for a single coverage $7.13 which the employee would pay $3.51 and the Town 13.52 family coverage would be $17.60,emnloyee pays $10.10 town $7.50 only change would be when Blue Crass and Blue Shield were allowed. a rate increase , also this coverage coiild be available to retired employees. Ferris Aye At this time the lerk presented the estimates for the preparation of the preliminary budget he different items were discussed and. a preliminary budget a was compiled as the following. Ferris Resolution by Mr. Kidney seconded by Mr. : RESOLVED, that this Town Board preliminary budget of this Town for day of January, 1961, the itemized penditures hereto attached and made does hereby prepare and approve as the the fiscal year beginning on the 1st statement of estimated revenues and ex. a part of this resolution, and be it FURTHER RESOLVED, that such preliminary budget shall be filed in the office of the Town Clerk where it shall be available for inspection by any interested person at all reasonable hours, and be it FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Board shall meet at 8:00 P.M. on the 7th day of November 1960, for the purpose of holding a public hearing upon such pre. lininary' budget, and be it FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Clerk give noticd of such public hear- ing in the manner provided in Section 113 of the Town Law, and that such notice be published and posted in substa.ntiall the following form: NOTICE OF HEARING-UPON PRELIMINARY BUDGET Notice is hereby.given that the preliminary budget of the Town of Lansing for the fiscal year beginning January 1st, 1961, . has been completed and filed in the office of the Town Clerk, at Ludlowville, New York, where it is available for inspection by any interested person at all reasonable hours. Further notice is hereby given that the Town Board of the Towne:, of Lansing will meet and review said preliminary budget and hold a public hearing tAereon, at the South Lansing .ire Hall at 8:00 o'clock P.M. on the 7th day of November, 1960, and that at such hearing any person may be heard ih .favor of or against the preliminary budget as compiled or for or against any item or items therein contained.
