The- .-Lansng.Town Board met in adjourned. regular session as adjourned from

Mr,,.Ge,rald R. Talandis came before the Town Board explaining by maps and
detailed information the proposed- construction by him of 48 houseing units on the
karl Butler property in the Town,of - Lansmng a part of which he has under option.
Al number of representatives of equipment dealers were present that had submitted
bids on the Powe r Broom and Industrial Mower as advertised and to be publicly
opened at 2:00 P. Iii.
Supervisor . called the meeting to order at 2:00 P. M. for the opening of the
bids on the Power Broom and Industrial Mower. The Clerk read the notice to bidders
as advertised in the Ithaca Journal,

Above bids reviewed by Hy. Supt.and Hy. Committee and found all conformed to the
specifications written by Hy. Supt.
Motion by r. Howell seconded by Mr. Kidney:
That the bid for Power Sweeper be awarded to the Russell Equipment Cp. , �larcellus,
N. Y. for $1,359.00 , which was the low bid, and that the Hy. Supt. is authorized
to complete the transaction.
Carried all voted aye.
7 bids received for industrial tractor mower.
The following bid prices include the takeing in trade a used Oliver Mower.

Supervisor read request from the Serafini Construction �o., Binghampton N. Y.
regarding the purchase of 80,1000 yds'of gravel, Atty. Williamson checked the Law
and `town cannot sell gravel under sectionN145 of the Town Law, Supervisor will
notify Serafini to.
Highway Supt, stated his problem was roads , it naw being necessary to file
a completed agreement of expenditHres of High ?.,ray monies with the County Supt. of
Highways this being-discussed at arch 5 meeting but not completed as condition
of raodsat a latter-date could better determinewhere this money was to be spent.
This was discussed. and the following agreement filed.
The Supervisor called om Atty. Williamson to explain the draft of Trailer
Park'ordinance proposal copies of which had been given to the Board... Also a copy.
of'the Town- of'Ul.ysses zoning ordinance of which an ordinance for control4of Trailer
Parks was included .
Atty. Williamson read the proposed ordinance and that part of Ulysses
zoning ordinance pertaining to Trailer Parks, after considerable discussion and
comment as to what would constitute a trailer park Atty. Williamson is to draft
a proposed ordinance along the lines'of the Trailer Park rdinance of Ulysses
and present it to a future Board meeting. "
