Mr. Stockton explained his problem as being located on a narrow dead end street
where a number of fi shermen came and other traffic p-.arking along street making
it difficult to get from his drive onto the street also there being no place to turn
around they used his drive to do so this being very annoying he wished to know
if a place to turn oaround could be made at foot of old dug road. Also would like
to know if this street co7.1.1d be oiled for dust control. Also water was coming from
dug Road into his garage when heavy rains came.
,Highway Superintendent explained that the oilimg of this street was supposed

As for the parking and turning around in his drive it was difficult to control this
even though a place to turn around was made unless it could be controled by law
enforcement checks.
