ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND situate in the Town of Lansing, County of
Tompkins and State of New York being part of Lot No . 84 in Said Town and being a portion of
a ma of survey prepared by Richard A . Slade LS No . 049060 last
on amended April 13

1992 and filed in the Tompkins County Clerk ' s Office on June 5 , 1992 in Drawer U at Sheet 47 ,
and bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point set with an iron pipe/pin in the northerly line of lands of the
ribed in Liber 467 of Deeds at Page 676 , said iron pipe marking the
Town of Lansing as desc
northeasterly terminus on the 60 foot wide un -named town highway ;
Thence running North 88 degrees 59 ' 00" West a distance of 382 . 2 feet to a point marked
by an iron pipe/pin , said point marking the northwesterly corner of said lands of the Town of
Lansing, said point also being in the east line of lands reputedly of Welch ( 827 /269) ;
Thence running North 1 degree 24 ' 00" East and along the easterly line of lands reputedly
of said Welch, Kone ( 857/210) and Robbins (Instrument Number 434549 -001 ) a total distance of
462 . 50 feet to a point set with an iron pipe/pin in the northeast corner of said lands of Robbins
and in the southerly line of lands of Watchtower Bible and Track Society of New York Inc .

Thence running South 88 degrees 58 ' 00" East and along the southerly line of said lands
of Watchtower Bible and Track Society of New York Inc . a distance of 382 . 20 feet to a point ;
Thence running South 1 degree 24 ' 00 " West and through the remaining premises of the
landlord a distance of 462 . 1 feet to the point or place of beginning .
TOGETHER WITH a right of way over Town Barn Road and the unnamed ingress from the above described premises to public highway ;

SUBJECT TO the right of way of the landlord, its successors , assigns , interests and
over and to Town Barn Road and the unnamed road/driveway including that portion
tenants , m thereof within the leased premises for ingress and egress from the Town highway to the
