Hi Nathaniel,
spoke to John Duthie regarding the transfer of the ROW parcel to the town. Ive reviewed the lease with
Verizon, and the lease conveyance to Verizon was subject to a road/driveway ROW to the landlord and its
assigns, including the portion within the leased premises. Consequently its my opinion/advice that John
is free to transfer the parcel to the Town,without any permission from Verizon.
