Does drywelll drain to outlet structure?
Is there an outlet control structure here? Plans differ from approved 1/31/2017 set. Verify as-built
locations, elevations and orifice sizes.
Conflicting data. Please clarify throughout drawing.
Based on the spot elevations shown it appears the spillway is higher than top of berm. Verify and
determine if correction is required.
Pond B question Clarifications:
Was there a SWPPP amendment to change from 100-yr overflow weir to 12" piped outlet? If so, provide
copy for record.
Was the level spreader ever installed per design? Label and show location
Clarify direction of flow as it leaves the swale. Does it go back into pond A?

Is this showing as-built conditions?Verify location of parking/swale. Swale is shown through the parking
