We are requesting a sign variance because our signs are a needed asset for the businesses
located there and are only visible from the Hicks property. As listed in the Local Law, they
are not distractive or hazardous to vehicle or pedestrian traffic and are an important part of
continuing to update the property. We ask for careful consideration of this situation.
