be initiated zIn the 'pawn of Croton and to describe vacant structures survey
and a proposed application to the Affordable ):lousing Corporation and to
seek oux support on these beneficial projects.

RESOLUTION NO. 15 - GRANT VARIANCE TO LAURENCE & CAROL DEVLEN

WHEREAS, a request for a Variance of Sec: ti.on 15.8.1 of the Taawn of
Groton Mobile Home Ordinance was filed on July 14, 1987, and
WHEREAS, said application requests a variance to permit replacement
of an existing pion- conforming mobile hoi�Le with a conforming mobile
home (14 x 70) on property owned by Laurence & Carol Devlen at 455
G Salt road being a portion of Tax Map Parcel No. 27-1- 39 and containing

residence occupied by the Devlen's, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board on July 14, 1987, at 8:30 P.M, heard testimony
and reviewed Ehvironmental Impact Statement (EIS) Toin and determined
that it is an unlisted action gold will have no significant impaot.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Pursuant to the authority granted
by A.xticle XV111 of the Mobile Horne Ordinance of the Town of Groton,
the Town Board hereby grants a variance to Laurance & Carol Devien to
replace a previously existing mobile honce on Parcel No. 27 1 -39 with
a 14 x 70 mobile home Contingent upon complying with all set back
requirements in Seot.ion 15.8.1 and Health Department approval per
Section 1 -5.3.4 of the Mobile Hone Ordinance,

Gary Wood reported on zoning situation in Mr.Lean. 1) Pond does not conform
to pooh. regulations -- still looking into; ) 5-? 'School Stteet property
no violation from outside. Have sinoe done an inspection and are cleaning
upa It's a two family and not multiple 7residence. Two serious violations
exist. Owner intends to evict tenents on Aug. 1; Four multiple residenoes
in McLean. Letters sent in May and no response ,- need help ;Cram Jack
Fitzgerald zn obtaining a search warrant; 4) Junk cars Antique Store
no contact; ) Unlicensed vehicles behind Post Office Hatfield promised
