NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that based on the above findings, the

exceed one (1) year from the date of this decision, said date being
August 12, 1987, and that mobile home must comply with zoning
requirements.
Mr. and Airs. Arthur Freelove were present to request the Town Boards
assistance in getting Richard Riemer to clean up property on West Groton
four corners. There is junk all around house and shop which is on or
over property lines and in the County right -of -way. The Freellove's cannot
sell their home next door with neighbors junk all over. Riemer's septic
system drains in stream. The Preelove's had their property survey and
RiEmer's pulled stakes out. The Freelove's want to know if the Town
didn't have some kind of zoning that would take care of problem. It was
noted that Riemer did come before Appeals Board for gunk and junk cars.
He apparently is operating a business that existed long before zoning.
The Town Board suggested that Mr. and Mrs. Freelove contact the County
Highway Department for right -of -way problems, the Health Department for
septic system and County Representative if no satisfaction from either of
these two.
Supervisor Robinson mentioned to Board that Brenda Moffitt is doing dog
enumeration and also updating Town Directory.
The Town has an obsolete SCM typewriter and adding machine that is no longer
of any use to the Town, but would like to donate them to the Town of Groton
