A discussion was held on the problems concerning the root'. Mrs. Robinson
asked for suggestions as to how we could cope with the leaking and voiced
her concern that the area immediately over the safe was of great importance.
She also suggested that the Board Members consider having another sloping
roof constructed over the existing flat roof. She was asked to check the
contract for the original work done on the roof and find out how long the
quarantee was in affect. The contract did not indicate any guarantee.
Further discussion followed and the matter was tabled for further
investigation.
