Supervisor Robinson reported that Summer Youth Program went real well. All
kids were very good workers. Wouldn't hesitate to go along with program
again.
RESOLUTION N0. 21 - TRANSFER OF FUNDS
Moved by Mr. Sovocool, seconded by Mr. VanBenschoten
Ayes - Sovocool, Cummings, VanBenschoten, Graham, Robinson
RESOLVED that $1,038.51 be transferred from B1990.4 (Contingency)
to B7320.4 (Youth Programs) for summer youth workers, and
FURTHER RESOLVED that $9,124.00 be transfered from DA5130.4
(Contractual) to DA5130.2 (Equipment) for loader.
There being no further business, Mr. Sovocool moved to adjourn meeting,
seconded by Mr. Graham, at 8 :30 P.m.

Also present: Leland Cornelius, Harold Cargill, Wayne Wheeler, Calvin
Bush, Judson Holl, Kenneth Marks, John Sincerbeaux,
Richard Neville, Frank Miner. Absent - John Walpole
Purpose of meeting was 1986 highway negotiations.
Highway employees asked for 10% increase in pay and for accumulated sick
days to be extended. from 60 days to either 90 or 100 days. Harold Cargill
asked about early retirement incentive plan for himself and possibly
John Walpole.
Board members discussed 74equest and offered 35¢ per hour increase and
90 days accumulative sick time.

September 9 and 23rd meetings as mailed. Ayes - Sovocool, VanBenschoten,

Claim Nos. 268 to 297 of the Highway Fund in the amount of $42,686.89, Claim
Nos. 353 to 375 of the General Fund in the amount of $3,284.281 and Claim Nos.
9 to 15 of the Federal Revenue Sharing Fund in the amount of $23,418.33 were
presented for audit. Moved. by Vx. Sovocool, seconded by Mr. Cummings. Ayes -
Sovocool, VanBenschoten, Cummings, Graham, Robinson.
