There will be a meeting of all Town Supervisors and Town Clerks Tuesday,
September 17 at 6:30 P.M. at the Groton Motel to discuss Dog Contracts,
County Highway reilbursement for snow and Town li.a;bility insurances.
Discussed letter that Leland Cornelius received from Fudge Walpole regard-
ing removal of Dennis Wood trailer, Mr. Walpole was present and indicated
Mr. Wood will stove trailer by Friday so letter can be disregaa^detl for the
time being.
Mr. Cornelius and Board Members discussed letter received from Will.i.a'm
Robbs regarding snow removal contract based an a flat rate per mile
($1, 2 .Op rni s) to be paid in four egaal payments. They want contract
for five years. Mr. Cornelius nas no idea what kind of winter we will
have. We have 36+ miles of coun't'y roads that we maintain in the winter.

Supervisor Robinson reported that Summer Youth Program went real well. All
kids were very good workers. Wouldn't hesitate to go along with program
again.
RESOLUTION N0. 21 - TRANSFER OF FUNDS
Moved by Mr. Sovocool, seconded by Mr. VanBenschoten
Ayes - Sovocool, Cummings, VanBenschoten,,Graham, Robinson
RESOLVED that $1,038.51 be transferred from B1990.4 (Contingency)
to 87320.4 (Youth Programs) for summer youth workers, and
FURTHER RESOLVED that $9,124.00 be transfered from DA51.30.4
(Contractual) to DA5130.2 (Equipment) for loader.
There being no further business, Mr. Sovocool moved to adjourn meeting,
seconded by Mr. Graham, at 8:30 P.M.

Also present: Leland Cornelius, Harold Cargill, !Jayne Wheeler, Calvin
Bush, Judson Holl, Kenneth Marks, John Sincerbeaux,
Richard, Neville, Frank Miner. Absent - John Walpole
Purpose of meeting was 1.986 highway negotiations.
Highway employees asked for 10% increase in pay and for accumulated sick
days to be extended from 60 days to eitheze 90 or 100 days. Harold Cargill.
asked about early retirement incentive plan for himself and possibly
John Walpole.
Board members discussed request and offered 35,E per hour increase and
90 days accumulative sick time.
Highway employees agreed to accept boards offer of 350 per hour increase
for 1986 and the 90 days accumulative sick time.

Claim Nos. 268 to 297 of the Highway Fund in the amount of $42,6$6.89, Claim
Nos. 353 to 375 of the General Fund in the amount of $3,284,28, and Claim Nos.
9 to 15 of the Federal Revenue Sharing Fund in the amount of $23,418.33 were
presented for audit. Moved. by Mr. Sovocool, seconded by Kr. Cummings. Ayes -
