Sovocool, seconded. by Mr. Cummings Ayes - Sovocool, Cummings Graham, Robinson Absent: VanBenschoten I, the undersigned Town Superintendent of Highways of the Town of Groton, in the County of Tompkins and State of New York, hereby certify as follows: A. That the Town highways hereinafter designated have not been opened or worked ;I'or more than six (6) years last past, and that the same have been abandoned by the public, are are no longer used as public highways, to wit: 1. The road that formerly ran from the northwest corner of the Town of Groton southerly along the town line between the Towns of Groton and Lansing a distance of approximately one - third(1/3) mile to the presently existing paved protion of the Groton - Lansing Totirnline Road. 2. The road that formerly ran from -the north line of the Town of Groton southerly along the division line between Military Lots 52 and 53 a distance of approximately one -half (1/2) mile to the existing (1985) maintained portion of Bossard Road. 3. The road that formerly ran from the north :Line of the Town of Groton and the Sears Road southerly approximately bi- secting Military Lot 56 a distance of approximately one (1) mile to Clark Street Extension. 4. & 5. The road that formerly ran from the Davis Road northerly along the division line between Military Lots 88 and 89 and continuing along the division line between Military lots 78 and 79 a distance of approximately one -half (1/2) mile to the existing (1985) maintained portion of Tillotson Drive, 6. The *Pd. that formerly ran from the existing (1985) paved portion of Durfee Road in an easterly direction approximately three - fourths (3/4) of a ,vile and then southerly approximately one -third (113) of a mile to Sovocool Hill Road, 7. The road that formerly ran from the existing (1985) maintained portion of Torok Road in an easterly direction approximately one -half (1/2) of a mile to NYS Route 38, 8. The road that formerly ran from the existing (1985) maintained portion of Clark Street Extension approximately one -half (1/2) of a mile to the Groton City Road, 9. The road that formerly rare from Count3r Road 180, Church Street, in a general southerly or southwesterly direction to County Road 104, Stevens Road, and bounded on the North by Tanner and Ballard and on the south by Hill,Munson and Davidson. 100 The road that formerly rare from Walpole Road in a westerly direction generally along the south line of Military Lost 65 approximately 51100 miles to the point where it formerly connected with the spur road running northeasterly from Spring Street Extension. 11. The road that formerly ran from the northeast corner of Military Lot 64 in a a general southerly direction approximately one -half (1/2) mile to Wickham Road. El B B..
