Village Police Cheif, Richard King, would like to have his officers become
Town Constables. This would extend village police powers into the township.
Hr. Bucko is checking into the legalities of same.

Walpole, Arland Heffron and Cecil Twigg to the list of authorized people to
attend Annual Association of Towns Convention in N.Y.C. on February 15 -18.

T`vro estimates have been submitted to the Tom Board for enclosing the lobby
of the Town Clerk's Office. Dennis Toolan's $950 - Labor and Materials and
Jerry Griffin $1400 - Labor and Materials. Atr. Carey moved to accept Dennis
Toolan's bid. Mr. Rankin seconded the motion. Ayes - Carey, Rankin,

Mr. Sovocool moved that the minutes of December 1, 1980, be approved. Seconded
by AIr. VanBenschoten. Ayes - Sovocool, VanBenschoten, Casey, Robinson.
Claims #1 to #18 of the Highilay Department and #1 to #10 of the General Fund
were presented for audit. Mr. VanBenschoten moved -that the bills be paid and
the Clerk instructed. to draw warrant for them. Seconded by Mr. Rankin, Ayes -
Sovocool, VanBenschoten, Carey, Rankin, Robinson.
No monthly reports were submitted for review.
Correspondence was reviewed by Board Members.
