TM #s 36.-1-11. 21.2 & 67.2 - Minor Subdivision
Chair Neuhauser recognized the applicant who was seeking approval for a four-lot subdivision as
shown on the map accompanying the application. Mr. Walpole said this was the same subdivision he
presented to the Board in August, but there has now been an adjustment in acreage of the lots. Chair
Neuhauser stated there was a question "about this little piece," (Parcel A). Tax maps show that this
piece belongs to another parcel. Mr. Walpole commented that this would have to be straightened out
after the subdivision is approved and transferred to the heirs. Chairman Neuhauser stated that the
map needs to be revised to resolve the matter before it can be approved; the Board cannot use the map
as presented.
Chair Neuhauser stated he had consulted with Town Attorney Dan Ellis who advised that the map
needed to be revised. The applicant commented that the attorney was not here to clarify the matter,
and he could have at least contacted him or sent him an email regarding the confusion.
