W E D N ES DAY, OCTO B E R 2, 2013 AT 6:00 PM
THE TOWN HALL, 101 CONGER BOULEVARD
Those present: Glenn E. Morey, Supervisor
Ellard L. Sovocool, Councilman
Donald F. Scheffler, Councilman
Richard B. Gamel, Councilman
Sheldon C. Clark, Councilman
Also present: Charles Rankin, April Scheffler.
The purpose of the Special Meeting was for the Town Clerk to present the 2014
Tentative Budget to the Town Board. After this was done, there was some brief
discussion about certain aspects of the budget. Having reviewed the Tentative Budget
and making no changes, the following resolution was made.
RESOLUTION #13-060 - ACCEPT TENTATIVE BUDGET AS PRELIMINARY BUDGET
MOVED by Councilman Gamel, seconded by Councilman Scheffler
Ayes - Sovocool, Scheffler, Gamel, Clark, Morey
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby approves the 2014 Tentative Budget and
accepts it as the 2014 Preliminary Budget.
The Bookkeeper will prepare the 2014 Preliminary Budget and file it in the Town Clerk's
Office, who will make copies available to the public.
RESOLUTION #13-061 - SET PUBLIC HEARING ON 2014 PRELIMINARY BUDGET
MOVED by Supervisor Morey, seconded by Councilman Scheffler
Ayes - Sovocool, Scheffler, Gamel, Clark, Morey
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby sets a Public Hearing on the 2014 Preliminary
Budget for Thursday, November 7, 2013 at 7:30 PM at the Town Hall.
There being no further business, Councilman Gamel moved to adjourn, seconded by
Councilman Scheffler, at 6:13 PM. Unanimous.
