Dear Mr . & Mrs . Searles ,
After inspecting your trailer house located at 647 Old
Stage Road in Groton , NY , I find all floors to be of proper
quality for everyday use . There are no rotten floor joists
or rotted plywood .
I also feel that the plumbing has been glued properly and
is sufficient for your trailer , The electric wiring
appears to be hooked properly to the box and all the
connections are satisfactory .
In my opinion , your home should not have any problems
passing code . It is in better shape than some of the
houses that I am presently working on under a HUD contract .
