Re : Inspection of Mobile home located at 647 Old Stage Rd ,
Dear Cheryl :
I could not find anything on your mobile home to identify the
year built . I could find no certifying seal and no 1-1 `r7
rnedal 1 ion .
I did note the following :
- Overall appearance of the interior of the n, Cbiie borne

- The bathroom floor has deter iated to an unsafe condition .

- I am concerned about the condition of :

In order fCr me to issue a building permit for yot; to set (. ; p and
occupy the mobile home , I request that you provide this office
with certification from either- a professional engineer or a
registered architect ) licensed in the State of 1'Jew Yorh , that
this mobile home will in fact meet all the criteria i have listed
previously in this letter .

Dryden $ 100 fine under NYS Town Law ( assumption is that
violators will be prosecuted under NYS Town Law)
