1 . You are hereby notified that you have been found to be in violation of the Town
of Groton Land Use E Development Code , Section 325 by occupying ,
as a residence a facility of less than 840 sq . ft .
and / or Article III of the Mobile Home Ordinance of the Town of Groton
by occupying a mobile home or travel trailer which does not meet the size requiremepts
of the definition in this section
.2 . The following corrective measures should be taken not later than 29 Jan 1987
cease to occupy this facility as either a temporary or permanent residence .
. 3 . If you have not complied with the Laws and Regulations cited by the above date ,
It will be necessary for me to submit this Notice of Violation to the Town of
Groton ' s Board of Zoning Appeals for legal action .
