We the undersigned , being neighbors and friends of Mr . and Mrs .
Joseph Wilbur , 396 Lick Street , Groton , N . Y . , would like to make the
following statement :
We have no objections to Mr . and Mrs . Wilbur
occupying a travel trailer on their property ,
therefore we hereby request that they be allowed
to continue to occupy the said trailer .
We request that you will grant them a variance . `
