TOWN OF GROTON
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN , that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Appeals
of - the Town of Grcton at the Town Hall , 101 Conger - Boulevard , Groton , New York on
the 16th day of March 1987 at 8 * 00 p . m . A fact finding hearing will be held upon
written complaints of Gary Wood , Code Enforcement jfficer of the Town of Groton ,
charging the following violations against Joseph Wilbur , 396 Lick Street , Groton ,
New York :
1 ) Violation of the. Town of Groton Land- Use and Development Code ,
Section 325 , by occupying as a residence a facility of less than
840 square feet and/or Article III of the Mobile Home Ordinance

which does not meet the size requirements of the definition of this
