Dear Mr . McKan e :
At a meeting held on November 8 , 1984 to decide on the Complaint
of Violation of the Groton Land Use and Development Code brought
against you by the Code Enforcement Officer , the Board of Zoning Appeals
has found you to be in violation of the Code .
However , since the Zoning Officer has notified us and it is
apparent to the Board that you are presently making attempts to come
into compliance , the Board will extend the period before which the
violation is referred back to the Zoning Officer for processing through
the town court , to December 31 , 1984 . If at the expiration of this
date , the Code Enforcement Officer determines you are not in compliance
with the code , he is authorized to go to court with the complaint and
no further hearing by the Board of Appeals will be heard .
