1n accordance with the provisions of Section 410 of the Town of Groton
Land Use and Development Code .( Local . Law # 1 of 1983) , 1 am submitting
the following complaint for your consideration :
Affected Property : 56 Smith Road
Tax Map No . : 5- 32- 1 - 32 , 1
Owner of Record : Edward McKane
Alleged Violations) :
19 Harboring inoperable vehicles and other junk in violation of
Section 312 ,
In addition , 1 believe. that he is in violation of the " Ordinance
Licensing and Regulating Junk Yards in the Town of Groton " in
that he has two or more inoperable vehicles , as well as miscella -
neous junk , stored on the premises ;
and
Para . 1242 . 10b , Chapter F , of the " NYS Uniform Fire Preven -
tion and Building Code" which stipulates as follows , " Junked
vehicles , equipment and materials shall not be stored in open
areas of premises , "
l - will be available to appear before you to present my evidence to
substantiate . these allegations .
