Chairman Paul Fouts called the meeting to order at 7:08 PM.
It was agreed by those Board members present to hold the monthly meetings at 7 p.m. on the
last Wednesday of each month if there was business to conduct.
This becomes Action #1 of 2013.
It was agreed by those Board members present that the following officer names to be submitted
to the Town Board for their approval: Paul Fouts- Chair; Patricia Gaines -Vice Chair
This becomes Action #2 of 2013.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:30 PM.
