Vehicle Repair Shops .
Held in the Town Hall , Groton , N . Y .
Tuesday an October 9 , 1979 - 8 : 00 P . M .

Mr . Pearson read the Notice of Public Hearing aloud
which was published in the Journal and Courier on
September 26 , 1979 , a copy of which is on file in
the Town Clerk ' s Office .
F . Pearson : Since no members of the general public have turned up for this
hearing , nor has the applicant , or an agent or an attorney to
represent him and since we have waited here until 8 : 35 P . M .
I hereby close this hearing and will check with the Town
Attorney , Ben Bucko , as to what procedure should be followed
in notifying the applicant .
The hearing was closed at 8 : 35 P . M .
