RESOLUTION
At the regular Planning Board meeting held the 20th day of August
at 8400 O ' clock in the evening , the following resolution was adopted ,

Whereas , the Planning Board of the Town of Croton , at the suggestion of
the Town Board of Croton , has reviewed Pro Fr ank Liguori is ( TOiR}pki71f7 County
Planning Director ) letter of recommended minor changes in the warding of the
ordinance for the Regulation of Mobile Homes , and his recommendations with
reference to Recreational Areas of Mobile Home Parkso modified this ordinance
relating to the regulation of Pliobile Homes and I!Iabile Homes in Parks ..
Now , therefore be it resolved , that the Planning Board of the Town of
Groton , New York hereby resubmits to the Town Board of Groton the ordinance
relating to the Regulation of Mobile Homes and Kobile Homes in Parks as
modified by the Planning Board for consideration and enactment as the official
�dinance of the Town

Whereas , the Planning Board of the Tovm of Groton has reviewed , modified
and prepared Lana Subdivision Regulationsa
Nov . therefore be it resolved , that the Planning Board of the Tolopm of
Grotong New York , hereby submits to the Town Board of Croton the Land Scab -
vision Regulations as Drepared by the Planning Board for consideration and
approval of the Town Board prior to the Town Planning Board ' s holding; the
public hearing required by law .
