so that you may insert the new wording .
My copy of the Ordinance as corrected , with a copy of the resolution has
been forwarded to Claude Holden for consideration .

RESOLUTION
TOWN OF GROTON , PLANNING BOARD
At a special meeting of the Planning Board , held the 16th day of July at
9 * 30 o ' clock in the afternoon , the following members present : Chairman
Daniel Carey , Vice - Chairman George Totman , Secretary Charles Lillie , Ronald
Cotanch , the following resolution was adopted .
Motion duly made by Ronald Cotanch and seconded by George Totman .
WHEREAS , the Planning Board of the Town of Groton has reviewed ,
modified and prepared an ordinance related to regulation of Mobile Homes
and Mobile Home Parks , and
WHEREAS , an informational meeting was held on July 16 , 1969 at
the Town Hall , Groton , New York and the general public in attendance viewed
the ordinance favorably ,
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED , that Planning Board of the Town
of Groton , New York hereby submit to the Town Board of Groton the ordinance
relating to the regulation of Mobile Homes and Mobile Home Parks as prepared
by the Planning Board for consideration and enactment as the official
• ordinance of the Town .
