Rogers Snyder for interrupting his planned presentation at our last Board Meetings On .January 21 , 1969 . 1 contacted Mr . Roger Snyder in Syracuse and extended ray apology , in person to him , for the untimely discussion at the end of our last meeting . It was largely due to my own anger that the interruption took place . Mr . Roger Snyder ® graciously accepted our apology . He commented that he felt the coverage of the exchange in the Ithaca paper was grossly over emphasized . I trust this action will meet with the Board ' s approval , Mr . Snyder also asked to be kept fully informed as to our progress . I assured him vas would }seep him informed by rending him copies of any pertinent memos of interest . Thank you . REF : Mr . Ronald Cotanch ' s memo of January 17 , 1969 , Item 2 . I wish to propose the following motion on procedure for your comment and consideration . I move that Planning Board Meetings be conducted under parlia - mentary procedure starting by : A . Calling the meeting to order by the Chairman . B . Reading of minutes of preceding meeting by Secretary . C . Special committee reports by Vice -Chairman . D . Old business by Chairman . E . New business by Chairman . F . General discussion by Vice -Chairman . G . Adjournment by Chairman . We have set our meeting time for two hours . Therefore , we cannot afford to waste time in personal discussion , story telling , or any form of idle conversation .
