PH UBLIC EARING Alberto Maccou, Applicant/Steven & Valerie Sweazey, ROs – NYS Route 34B (Peruville Rd.) – TM #36.-1-62.3 – Final Site Plan Review – Proposed Five-Unit Apartment House Chairman Monica Carey opened the Public Hearing at 7:30 p.m. Board Secretary Joan Fitch read aloud the Public Hearing Notice, as published on 26 April 2005. Proof of publication has been placed on file for the record. (Note: The applicant had appeared before the Planning Board on 17 March 2005 and 25 April 2005, to discuss his proposed two-story five-unit apartment house at this location. Reference is made to those Minutes for details.) Chair Carey asked if there were any comments regarding the proposed project. There were none received, either written or verbal. With no one wishing to be heard, Chairman Carey closed the Public Hearing at 7:33 p.m. D ECISION Chair Carey stated that all requirements for considering this application had been met: the application was complete as determined by an item-by-item review of the checklist, the SEQRA performed, input had been received from the Tompkins County Department of Planning, and the Public Hearing held. With no further discussion, a motion was made by Member Mary Gloster to approve the Final Site Plan, as submitted. The motion was seconded by Member Barbara Clark, with the vote recorded as follows: Ayes: Chair Carey Nays: None Member Albro Member Baxendell Member Clark Absent: Member Guihan Member Gloster Member Haines Motion carried.
