Chairperson George Totman opened the meeting at 8 : 00 p . m . Discussed was May 19 , 1994 ' s
minutes . George VanSlyke said the only change needed was to place an asterisk next
to his name to acknowledge his attendance .
Because there was not a quarum and/or no public was present at the meeting , no business
could be conducted . Therefore , Chairperson George Totman closed the meeting at 80. 30 p . m .
