Required Construction Documents for the solar PV system type being installed,including required attachments.
Completed permit applications can be submitted in person to the Groton'Tower Clerk at 101 Conger Blvd.Groton,NY 13073
or retailed to PO Box 36 Croton; NY 13073
The municipality will provide feedback within 7 business days of receiving incomplete or inaccurate applications.
Permit determinations will be issued within 7 business days upon receipt of complete and accurate applications as well as a
successful Site Visit
