Dear Mr . Beck : v
This is a confirmation of our discussion regarding your proposed fee fishing
operation onjiyour property . The plan is a legitimate business venture , however ,
I do not have the knoi.. ledge or experience to speculate upon its prcbable
s •iccess or failure at your location .
Env . ronmental .l. y the proposal is quite compatible with existing and nearby
aquatic resources and you should expect few , if any , .regulatory restrictions .
No permit will be required for the construction of your first 1 / 4 acre pond ,
nor for the others contemplated if they are to be of similar size . Once
h
the fee fishing operation is to be opened , you will need an annually - issued
F :Ishing Preserve License . Your proposal falls well within requirements for
that license and there should be no problems encountered in obtaining it .
The annual fee is $ 25 . 00
Good luck !
Sincerely ,
C . E . CreAr5
