AT THE TOWN HALL, 101 CONGER BOULEVARD, GROTON, NY

Organizational Business:
RESOLUTION #26-01 - SET MEETING DATE AND TIME
MOVED by Member Baxendell, seconded by Member Rose
RESOLVED, that Regular Meetings of the Town of Groton Planning Board shall be held on the third
Thursday of each month at 7:30 pm, at the Town Hall, 101 Conger Boulevard, Groton, NY.
Ayes - Baxendell, Carey, Rose, Cerretani, Brockway Jr., Neuhauser, Ramplin Resolution Passed
Nays – None
RESOLUTION #26-02 - SELECT PLANNING BOARD CHAIR
MOVED by Member Rose, seconded by Member Neuhauser
RESOLVED, that the Town of Groton Planning Board hereby selects Leon Brockway Jr. as Planning
Board Chair.
Ayes - Baxendell, Carey, Rose, Cerretani, Brockway Jr., Neuhauser, Ramplin Resolution Passed
Nays – None
RESOLUTION #26-03 SELECT PLANNING BOARD VICE-CHAIR
MOVED by Member Neuhauser, seconded by Member Rose
RESOLVED, that the Town of Groton Planning Board hereby selects Leon Brockway Jr. as Planning
Board Chair.
Ayes - Baxendell, Carey, Rose, Cerretani, Brockway Jr., Neuhauser, Ramplin Resolution Passed

New Business:
MOVED by Member Carey, seconded by Vice-Chair Ramplin, to approve the September 18, 2025,
minutes.
Ayes - Baxendell, Carey, Rose, Cerretani, Brockway Jr., Neuhauser, Ramplin Motion Passed
Nays – None
There were no new updates from the Town Board. Members were reminded to seek the annual training
provided by webinar or conferences. There being no further business, Member Neuhauser moved to
adjourn, seconded by Member Carey, at 7:56 pm. Unanimous.
